Vegan Salted Bourbon Caramel Ice Cream

Utensils needed:
- 1 1/2 cups raw cashews ((soaked overnight // or for at least 6 hours // then drained))
- 1 cup bourbon ((we used Trader Joe's brand because it's made by Maker's Mark - good stuff!))
- 1/2 cup organic cane sugar ((or granulated))
- 4 Tbsp unsweetened plant milk ((I used almond))
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 14-ounce can full-fat coconut milk
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil ((melted))
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1 Tbsp tapioca flour OR arrowroot starch ((optional // for thickening))
