- 1/4 cup canola oil (or any flavorless oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp red food color
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened to room temperature )
- 8 oz full fat cream cheese (softened to room temperature )
- 3-3.5 cups confectioner’s sugar (powdered sugar)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
