  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 60 g buckwheat flour (1/2 cup)
  • tbs zest of 1 large lemon (around 1 1/2)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • cracked pepper (to taste)
  • Maldon
  • your favourite cooking oil
