Caribbean Three Bean Salad

Utensils needed:
- 400 g Peas and Beans (I used a tin Dunn's River, rinsed and drained (any can of mixed beans could be substituted)
- 1/2 red pepper (diced)
- 1/2 red onion (diced)
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 15 g coriander (chopped(cilantro))
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 chilli pepper (finely sliced)
