- 240 grams Cheese Curds
- Salt
- Parsley (optional)
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 5 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 1/2 cups Beef Stock
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Water + 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
