Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Pasta

Utensils needed:
- 2 cups of large shrimp (cleaned and deveined)
- 2-3 tsp Cajun (or Creole seasoning)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 cups andouille (or any other sausage of your choice)
- Olive oil
- 400 g fettuccine
- Water
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 cups of crushed tomatoes
- 3/4 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1.5 tbsp Cajun (or Creole seasoning)
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp or Worcestershire
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of parmesan (grated )
- parsley for garnish (chopped)
