  • 1 1/2 pounds Ribeye (sliced very thin)
  • 1/4 cup Asian Pear (cut into strips)
  • 1/3 cup Diakon (Asian radish, cut into strips)
  • 7.5 ounces Enoki mushrooms
  • 4 green onions (sliced into thin strips)
  • 1 large onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Rice wine (Aji-Mirin – do not confuse with rice wine vinegar)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger (grated)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
