  • 5 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
