Buffalo Chicken in Puff Pastry

- 2 small chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
- 1/4 cup blue cheese (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon hot sauce (I used Frank's)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour (for your work surface)
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 egg ( for egg wash)
