- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- Red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)
