- 2 tablespoon Butter (salted (unsalted is good too))
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic (minced (or 2 teaspoon garlic powder))
- 1/2 Yellow Onion (diced)
- 3/4 cup Cream Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon Cumin Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
