- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts ((or boneless thighs))
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 lemon (slices)
