- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard ((see note 2))
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs ((about 1 1/2 pounds, see note 3))
- 1 pint grape tomatoes ((see note 4))
- 2 sprigs rosemary (broken in half)
