Baked Spinach Dip

- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen spinach, thawed, drained and chopped (or 16 oz. fresh spinach)
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup asiago cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (optional for topping)
