Baked Breakfast Taquitos

Utensils needed:
- 1 pound Italian sausage (hot, casings removed)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning (to taste, optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
- 6 eggs
- 16 small flour tortillas (whole wheat or white)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 tablespoon butter (melted)
