- 1 tsp ground Sichuan peppercorn
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup homemade chili oil
- 6 tsp light soy sauce
- 4 tsp Chinese black vinegar
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 4 cloves garlic ((finely minced))
- 2 stalks scallion ((chopped))
- 280 grams wheat noodles
- Bok choy
- Chopped peanuts ((optional))
- Toasted white sesame seeds ((optional))
