- 1 onion (sliced in thin half moons)
- 2 garlic (chopped finely)
- 300 g cream (heavy cream or whipping cream is best, sub sour cream)
- 2 cups tasty cheese (grated or shredded pizza cheese mix works well)
- Salt and pepper (to taste, between each layer)
