Asian Chicken Noodle Salad

Utensils needed:
- 400 g rice noodles (Feel free to use a different kind of noodle if you want)
- 300 g chicken breast (sliced into strips)
- 15 g root ginger (cut into thin batons)
- 2 garlic cloves (sliced thinly)
- 1-2 chilli peppers (cut into thin strips)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 200 g cabbage (sliced thinly)
- 60 g carrot (grated)
- 15 g coriander leaves (cilantro) (chopped)
- 30 g peanuts (optional) (can be replaced with cashew nuts)
