Asian Brussels Sprouts with Miso

- 2 tbsp rapeseed/olive oil
- 1 tbsp miso paste (see note)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar (apple cider or white wine vinegar can be used instead)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil (optional)
- lime juice & toasted sesame seeds to serve (optional)
