Argentinian Choripan with Chimichurri

Utensils needed:
- 4 Bratwurst Sausages (We prefer Johnsonville Brats)
- 1 French Baguette (or 4 large rolls)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (Cut into thin strips )
- 1 Bunch Fresh Parsley
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil (+ 1 tbsp for bell pepper )
- 2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Water
