  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (Cut into thin strips )
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Parsley
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil (+ 1 tbsp for bell pepper )
  • 2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
