Ahi Tuna Poke Nachos with Wontons

Utensils needed:
- 1/2 pound Sushi-Grade Ahi Tuna (may also be called sashimi-grade)
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/8 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 package wonton wrappers (8 will be used)
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos (drained)
- 2 tablespoons red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 teaspoon mayo
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon furikake or sesame seeds
