  • 1 tbsp homemade crispy chilli oil (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder/flakes (or adjust to taste (note 2))
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tbsp white sugar
  • 3 tbsp neutral tasting oil (eg. sunflower, grapeseed, canola)
  • 11/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp black vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
